Ghafari Named a 2023 Best Place to Work in Southeast Michigan by Crain’s Detroit Business

For the second year in a row, Ghafari was named one of the Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan! Created by Best Companies Group in partnership with Crain’s Detroit Business, this statewide survey and awards program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in Southeast Michigan, benefiting the area’s economy, its workforce, and businesses.

To be considered for the award, companies are evaluated on their policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and, most importantly, an employee survey that measures the employee experience. Crain’s Detroit Business unveiled the rankings of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan in a special section on August 28.
