Ghafari Celebrates 12th Year as One of the Nation’s Best and Brightest

Ghafari has been honored as one of the nation’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” for the 12th consecutive year.

Sponsored by the National Association for Business Resources, the annual awards program recognizes organizations that demonstrate a commitment to their team members. Companies are evaluated across a variety of categories, including employee enrichment and engagement, education and development, recruitment, communication, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, community initiatives, compensation, benefits, and strategic company performance. Critical to this evaluation is direct, anonymous feedback from our team members.

In addition to our national recognition, we also received “Best and Brightest” honors in Metro Detroit (our 20th year), Chicago (our 16th year), and West Michigan (our seventh year).
