Ghafari Acquires Mechanical Engineering Firm BBG&S
BIRMINGHAM, AL – Global architecture and engineering firm Ghafari Associates (Ghafari) has acquired BBG&S Engineering Consultants, Inc., a mechanical engineering firm based in Birmingham, Alabama. The acquisition of BBG&S – which doubles the size of Ghafari’s Birmingham office – strengthens the firm’s foothold in the Southeastern United States while further bolstering its mechanical engineering capabilities.
