Ghafari Named a 2022 Cool Place to Work in Michigan

Ghafari was recently named a “Cool Place to Work in Michigan” by Crain’s Detroit Business! This recognition places us among an elite group of 100 Michigan companies that are leading the way in providing amazing workplace experiences to their team members.

Honorees were selected based largely on the results of a confidential employee survey, which accounted for 75% of each company’s final ranking. The survey, which asked questions about workplace culture, company leadership, and other aspects of work, sought to determine, among other things, whether employees understand the long-term strategy of the company and whether they feel they have opportunities to advance.
