Ghafari Named a Metro Detroit “Best and Brightest Company to Work For” for 15th Year

For the 15th consecutive year, Ghafari was named one of “Metro Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” by the Michigan Business and Professional Association. The annual awards program honors companies that are innovative in motivating their team members, excel at employee relations, and represent best practices in human resources. Ghafari and our fellow award recipients will be honored at a virtual reception on November 2.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures across a variety of categories, including compensation, benefits, employee enrichment and engagement, employee education and development, recruitment, employee achievement, communication, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, community initiatives, and strategic company performance.
