INCOE Breaks Ground on New Global Headquarters

On November 1, INCOE Corporation USA officially broke ground on a new global headquarters facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Ghafari is providing owner’s representation as well as A/E services for the 135,000 SF, $20 million building that will consolidate operations at INCOE’s three Detroit-area locations into a single office and production facility. As a global pioneer in hot runner technology, INCOE’s products are used for injection molded plastic applications across a variety of markets.

When completed, the headquarters will encompass a two-story, 50,000 SF administration building and an attached 85,000 SF production area housing quality control, inventory, process lab, research and development, and aftermarket functions. The headquarters will also include conference rooms, a café, coffee bistros, a customer education center with a state-of-the-art plastics molding lab, an engineering design training room, and employee locker rooms.
