Ghafari Earns Top Workplace Honor for Seventh Consecutive Year

For the seventh consecutive year, Ghafari was recognized as a “Top Workplace” by the Detroit Free Press. The annual awards program is based on the belief that “the most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in”. As such, “Top Workplaces” are evaluated solely on the basis of employee feedback – Ghafari team members completed an anonymous 24-question survey focused on such factors as organizational alignment, effectiveness, connection, and management.

Our team members have described their workplace as having “an open, friendly atmosphere” and promoting “collaboration and exploration of new techniques and ideas” – a culture we have worked hard to reinforce even as we’ve functioned as distributed teams throughout the pandemic.
