Ghafari Celebrates Nine Years as a Detroit Free Press “Top Workplace”

For the ninth consecutive year, Ghafari was recognized as a “Top Workplace” by the Detroit Free Press.

The annual awards program is based on the belief that “the most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in”. As such, “Top Workplaces” are evaluated solely on the basis of employee feedback. Ghafari team members completed an anonymous survey focused on such factors as organizational alignment, effectiveness, connection, and management.

Our team members have described their workplace as having “an open, friendly atmosphere” and promoting “collaboration and exploration of new techniques and ideas” – a culture we have worked hard to reinforce even as we’ve functioned as more distributed teams since the start of the pandemic.
