An investment toward a better future.

Overview

Rochester Community School District (RCS) voters approved a building and site sinking fund starting in 2020 to address necessary facility and technology infrastructure upgrades and replacements.

The 10-year sinking fund program provides annual spending funds available for renovation projects across the district’s 25 buildings. During planning sessions with RCS and the construction manager, qualified projects were identified and then prioritized for year one of the program.

Tailoring the Solution

A community-centered approach.

Our team has completed multiple upgrade projects, including: a stadium concession stand renovation, locker expansion and replacements, pedestrian door and operable partition replacements, water infiltration repairs, HVAC system replacements, swimming pool mechanical upgrades, transformer replacements, roofing repairs and replacements, playground upgrades, site drainage repairs, and various mechanical and electrical repairs and upgrades.

The community’s investment in the district will provide new facility and infrastructure items, enhance security, and enable upgraded technology throughout the district.
