After thorough market research, the owner, Lacati Group, identified a demand for multi-family developments in the Cascade area. They aimed to bring the feel of living in a Floida condominium development to a Kentwood suburb. The project called for the transformation of an existing hilly golf course site into a multi-family residential community, incorporating large-scale buildings, amenities, and roads. Based on design concepts developed by Humphreys and Partners Architects, our team provided architecture and interior design services for the development.
Located on the former Centennial Country Club golf course, this 237-unit development spans over 24 buildings, and is the first luxury multi-family complex in the West Michigan area. The apartments are marketed towards residents who may not be actively seeking a new home, but desire the stability and features of a condominium. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, a pool, clubhouse, dog wash area, and business center.
The end product reminisces a luxury condominium, with quartz countertops, stone tile backsplashes, and stainless steel appliances. Each unit has a private entrance and balcony / patio, as well as a two-stall garage. This project was the single biggest residential development in the Cascade / Ada area in the past 40 years.
