In a strategic move that highlights our commitment to client engagement and team member development, we relocated our Chicago office to the sixth floor of the historic Railway Exchange Building.
Spanning approximately 6,500 SF, this hospitality-inspired workplace promotes movement, team building, and diversity through a variety of seating options, furniture arrangements, and dynamic lighting. The unique layout divides the long, narrow space into an open office area, allowing our design team to leverage the vibrant location to enhance the energy and collaborative spirit of the workspace. Flexible areas for relaxation and workstations are positioned near bay windows that offer stunning views of Lake Michigan.
The hospitality section includes a kitchen, lounge, and meeting areas that encourage interaction among teammates. Equipped meeting spaces and private offices provide options for both team gatherings and focused work. Natural light and greenery enhance the ambiance, creating a connection to nearby Grant Park. An open atrium showcases the building’s historic architecture, while a brainstorming wall and informal meeting areas promote a dynamic environment.
