Overview

Recognizing the growing demand for housing in the Grand Rapids area, 21 acres of vacant land for a multi-family development was identified that would appeal to young professionals. Our team worked closely with the client to understand their vision and develop practical solutions within their budgetary constraints.

Tailoring the Solution

A revitalized site for a growing neighborhood.

The resulting project contains 200 apartment units spread over 10 buildings. There are four one- and two-bedroom unit types available, with spacious rooms with nine-foot ceilings. Also provided are a clubhouse, dog park, pool maintenance buildings, and parking, including 400+ spaces, with 100 garage spaces. The clubhouse contains a leasing center, management office, fitness, lounge, storage, mail center, pool equipment, and bathroom.

Additionally, there were $1 million in road improvements around the site. This project revitalized a vacant site while offering new housing opportunities.
