This $73 million project was first conceived in 2014, three years before officially breaking ground in 2017. Located at the southeast corner of Ottawa and Lyon Street, the site was a surface parking lot containing 125 spaces. The new development includes two towers. The first, a 15-story office tower will be inhabited by the region’s largest law firm, Warner, Norcross + Judd, as well as Chemical Bank. The office tower also includes seven stories of parking, which will quadruple the parking space on the former site. 

The second tower will be a 160-room Hyatt Place Hotel. When finished, the site will also feature a full-service restaurant and retail space. The development is scheduled to be completed in 2019.
