Southwest Airlines BWI Hangar in the News

Southwest Airlines’ planned aircraft maintenance hangar at Baltimore / Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) made the news this week with feature articles in The Baltimore Sun and on MRO-Network.com. The $130 million complex – which will be the airline’s first maintenance facility in the Northeast – will include a 130,000 SF maintenance hangar capable of supporting three aircraft, as well as exterior apron space that can accommodate up to eight aircraft.
