Five Ghafari Projects Make GRNow.com’s “19 Most Anticipated Projects for 2019” List

GRNow.com recently published their “19 Most Anticipated Projects for GR for 2019”, which features five Ghafari projects in Grand Rapids, including The Warner Building, 601 Bond Apartments, Hyatt Place, The BOB Beer Garden, and North Mixed-Use Project. Read below for summaries of each.

#6 – The Warner Building

Wrapping up this summer, this 15-story, 290,000 SF mixed-use tower includes retail space, a restaurant, and a 490-space parking deck, and will be the headquarters for the region’s largest law firm, Warner Norcross + Judd, and will also house the regional offices of Chemical Bank.

#7 – 601 Bond Apartments

This new apartment building stands at 16 stories and will contain 202 units as well as 210 parking spaces over four stories, and will also accommodate ground floor retail. Amenities include a club room, fitness center, three-season rooftop patio, outdoor rooftop dining area, and a sun and fitness deck.

#10 – Hyatt Place

Connected to the Warner Building is this new 12-story Hyatt Place with 146 rooms. Ground floor retail is included, and parking will be shared with neighboring Warner Building. The project is expected to be complete in summer 2019.

#14 – Beer Garden at The BOB

This highly anticipated project has been in the works for a while, and is expected to open in 2019. The project will be a mixed-steel and wood structure.

#15 – North Mixed-Use Project

When completed, this new mixed-use project will include 44 apartments and two restaurants. It is currently under construction.
