Ghafari designed the addition of 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, complete with 14 truck docks, mechanical equipment room, testing laboratories, maintenance facility, and quality control and warranty analysis offices. Along with the expansion, 110,000 sq. ft. of the existing plant was renovated, along with a free-standing security building.
