This project involved two major components: the addition of a Culinary Arts & Business Development Center to the existing Waterman Campus building, known as the VisTaTech Training Center, and the renovation of the Waterman Campus building. The VisTaTech Training Center houses a variety of flexible spaces, including a world-class production kitchen, demonstration and computer labs, full-service restaurant, 300-seat theatre-style auditorium, multi-purpose room and Business Development Center. The Waterman Campus component involved the renovation of its existing production kitchen, which serves approximately 500 students per day, and its 380-seat student cafeteria.
