Ghafari provided site planning and facility programming services for the relocation of the 425,000 sq. ft. United Cargo Facility and the 165,000 sq, ft. FedEx Express Hub at O’Hare International Airport to accommodate the construction of a proposed new runway. Construction sequencing plans are being developed to identify how the relocations may be planned so the ongoing operations of the two carriers are not interrupted.
