Ghafari is providing Building Information Modeling (BIM), lean project management and BIM integration services for this state-of-the-art, 12-story replacement hospital project. The facility will include four stories of diagnostic and treatment base, one story for mechanical needs and a seven-story patient tower. Consistent with Kaiser’s sustainability strategy, Ghafari's services are helping the design/construction team to reduce wasteful practices inherent with traditional design and construction processes.
