Ghafari engineers were involved with the conversion of five facilities to the GMT800 product line, one of the largest engineering/consulting projects in GM history. Working closely with the GM project team, the team provided industrial engineering and layout development services required to introduce the GMT800 full-size pickup and utility vehicles to five GM locations, while maintaining a common process between all plants.
