Ghafari provided engineering and on-site construction administration services for an 189,000 sq. ft. building addition and renovation of 89,000 sq. ft. of existing building space. The expansion houses several functions, including high-speed doublewide presses, expanded packaging center, newsprint storage, receiving dock. An automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) facility was also incorporated on the site to house inserts and newsprint rolls.
