To increase efficiencies for point cloud manipulation and model pre-processing, Ghafari utilizes its extensive in-house resources, including scanners and all necessary equipment and software. Ghafari’s staff is familiar with and regularly applies all major scan / model softwares, including AutoCAD, Bentley, Catia, Edgewise, FactoryCAD, Point Tools, Pro-E and Revit.
Ghafari pioneered the use of hybrid modeling techniques for managing combined point-cloud and subsystem models to accelerate project schedules by exploring what-if scenarios in the hybrid point-cloud, issuing demolition and new construction drawings directly from cloud data, accelerating clash / conflict resolution, and improving coordination and planning with end users.
