Ghafari provided Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integration Management (IM) services to the GSA and the design team for the new United States Federal Courthouse. The IM services continue during the construction phases of the project to assist the design team,  the general contractor, and sub-contractors in leveraging the 3D models to enhance the level of coordination and submittals’ reviews. The goals of this transition were to reduce RFIs, improve coordination, streamline estimating, reduce coordination change orders, and minimize cost overruns.
