Ghafari was selected by Jones Lang LaSalle to be its architectural partner to provide comprehensive programming and consulting services to the State of Michigan. Ghafari worked closely with the State of Michigan’s Department of Management and Budget to develop a detailed analysis of all facility requirements for the state’s 19 major agencies. Ghafari developed a comprehensive master plan and implementation guidelines for facilities throughout the state to increase the efficiency of the state’s real estate portfolio.
