Ghafari was once again ranked among Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) “Top 500 Design Firms”, coming in at #126, up 18 spots from 2010. Companies are ranked according to revenue for design services performed in 2010. In addition to its Top 500 ranking, Ghafari was also listed at #91 on ENR’s “Top 100 Pure Designers” list, as well as the #6 designer of manufacturing projects.
In addition to listing the firm rankings, ENR’s “Top 500” article discussed the industry trends of the past year, including the growth in international project revenue. Ghafari’s expanding global presence was captured in the article’s “Where They Worked – By Country” list; the firm was listed as having done work in Canada, Mexico, Slovakia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, China, India and Malaysia during 2010.
