On September 30, Ghafari Chairman and Founder Yousif B. Ghafari will be honored with the Community Leadership Award by the Arab American and Chaldean Council (ACC) at its 32nd Annual Civic & Humanitarian Awards Gala at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center.

The annual gala celebrates those individuals that are dedicated to educational endeavors and have supported the ACC in empowering the multi-ethnic community of Metropolitan Detroit. Funds raised through the event will benefit the non-profit organization’s educational programs and services.

The gala, which is anticipated to draw more than 1,500 attendees, will feature Mark Reuss, President of GM North America, as the keynote speaker.
