This recreation area for Wells Senior High School and the East Village community features multiple program and event types. The high school will occupy the site through a turf baseball / soccer / football field equipped with bleacher seating and a press box / pavilion. This arrangement has been strategically interwoven with community programs that occupy the site, which include a public walkway, plaza, dog park, and submerged parking lot. This consolidation and event overlap was designed to efficiently and effectively blend programmatic relationships and usage between the school and community.
