This 102,000 sq. ft. renovation to the three-story facility provides second and third floor office space and first floor research labs. The project included renovation of the main lobby; a first-floor conference center and cafeteria; extensive renovations to all floors; and enhancements to the existing high-bay lab facility to accommodate specific lab requirements for wiper systems, interior controls, electrical systems, and security systems divisions.
