The Design-Build Qatar Aviation Services Cargo Complex includes a 100,000 sq. meter, two-story cargo terminal incorporating warehouse space, AS/RS mezzanine, offices and shops, as well as multiple support facilities. Cargo capacity for the facility is 1.3 million tons per year, while the apron provides 13 hardstand positions accommodating Boeing 747-8s. The complex also includes a central utility plant, cargo agents building, live animals center, landside security station, pedestrian entry security station, security exit station, and two remote transfer areas.
