Ghafari assisted with the relocation of a Road Load Simulator (RLS) dynamometer unit to the General Motors Proving Ground in Milford, Michigan, which required an addition to the existing dyno facility. The addition included a RLS laboratory, control room, vehicle preparation area, power room and fuel storage room.
