Ghafari provided architecture, engineering and 3D BIM services for this 442,000 sq. ft. expansion to accommodate production of a new V6 engine. GM’s aggressive schedule and budget goals were achieved through Ghafari’s application of 3D BIM to design and model mechanical systems, HVAC systems, ductwork and piping, as well as electrical power systems.
