Ghafari led all major activities associated with the process equipment, tooling and material handling systems in the body shop and general assembly areas to support the new Lansing Grand River assembly facility. Services included initial system design planning, equipment and installation bid package development, scheduling, contractor drawing submittal reviews and construction follow-up activities.
