Ghafari provided full architecture and engineering services for the assembly plant complex, the first and largest automotive plant in the world to achieve LEED Gold certification. The entire facility and processes were designed using 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM). The 2.4 million sq. ft. complex includes a body shop, paint shop and general assembly buildings, visitor center, administrative buildings, medical center, fitness center, training and conference center, full-service kitchen and cafeteria, guardhouses, and a waste management facility.
