Mike is always looking for opportunities to help clients operate more efficiently. As Senior Vice President, he serves as principal on consulting engagements aimed at optimizing client productivity through the development of lean-inspired material handling and packaging strategies. In this role, he is also responsible for managing client relationships along with new business pursuits.
Over his nearly 40-year career, Mike has managed a variety of material handling and industrial engineering projects in the automotive, aerospace, appliance, defense, electronics, food, and warehousing / distribution industries. He has led projects for such clients as Jaguar Land Rover, General Motors, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Force Protection, GE Transportation, and Toyota, among others.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is an active member of the Engineering Society of Detroit and has been involved in numerous ESD initiatives, including Future City, the Dave Skiven Memorial Golf Outing, and STEM. In 2015, he was honored with ESD’s “Distinguished Service Award” for his exemplary contributions to the society, and in 2016, he was inducted into the College of Fellows.
