Matt has always been a vocal advocate of collaborative project delivery methods and technologies, particularly for the large-scale industrial and commercial projects in which he specializes. As a project manager, he is skilled at facilitating effective communication between internal team members across different disciplines, along with client stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and subconsultants.
With over 20 years of project management and architectural experience, Matt has been a leading proponent of virtual design and construction tools that enable better coordination and higher quality results. His extensive portfolio includes a number of industry-advancing design-build projects in the industrial space employing cutting-edge technologies and collaborative methods to achieve marked cost and time savings.
Matt holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, both from Lawrence Technological University. He is a longtime member of the American Institute of Architects and the Design-Build Institute of America, and is affiliated with the U.S. Green Building Council, Engineering Society of Detroit, Lean Construction Institute, and Project Management Institute.
