Brett has always had a fascination in understanding how things work and figuring out creative ways to improve them. Engineering was his obvious calling, and throughout his career of more than 20 years, he has applied his passion for problem-solving to develop industrial packaging strategies that facilitate lean material movement and production processes. At Ghafari, he manages the design, procurement, and implementation of packaging systems that meet the quality, safety, ergonomic, budgetary, and timing requirements of his manufacturing-sector clients.
As a project manager, Brett leads containerization programs for some of the automotive industry’s top manufacturers, specializing in engine assembly shipping racks, body-in-white packaging, and robotic interface packaging applications. On each assignment, he works closely with client stakeholders to understand where and how each product component needs to move within the plant environment and outside of it, and identifies several options for solutions that are both feasible and cost-effective.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Science in manufacturing systems engineering from Kettering University.
