A longtime proponent of lean production, Bill is always seeking ways to help our clients eliminate wasteful practices, find opportunities to create value, and be more successful in their businesses. As Vice President of Productivity Solutions, he leads a team that works closely with clients to streamline their production processes, uncovering new efficiencies that improve quality, lower costs, and accelerate time to market.
With a nearly 30-year career as a practicing industrial engineer, Bill is seasoned at conducting material flow and storage analyses, as well as developing material systems optimization plans and lean process layouts. Bill has consulted a variety of global manufacturing companies with a client roster that includes General Motors, Ford, John Deere, Chrysler, Woodward, Emerson Climate Technologies, Force Protection, and General Dynamics, among others.
Bill holds a Master of Science in manufacturing systems engineering and a Bachelor of Science in industrial and systems engineering, both from the University of Michigan. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
